Warranty Coverage
- Mister Cozy mattresses are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or physical damage caused by improper use.
Warranty Claim Process
- Claims must be registered via the Mister Cozy website with proof of purchase, including the original bill and MRP label.
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Replacement Policy
- Defective mattresses will be repaired or replaced at Mister Cozy's discretion.
- Replacement of a product during the warranty period does not extend the warranty duration.
Return Policy
- Mattresses are non-returnable unless defective. Returns for other reasons must be initiated within 7 days of purchase and are subject to inspection.
Product Care
- Ensure proper use with the recommended bed base.
- Avoid exposure to liquids or high moisture to prevent damage.
Limitation of Liability
- Mister Cozy is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages caused by the use of its products.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, as per applicable laws.
Amendments
- Mister Cozy reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
